Service management system
The CoopCulture integrated management system — encompassing Quality (ISO 9001), Social Accountability (SA 8000), Gender Equality (UNI 125), Health and Safety (ISO 45001), Environment (ISO 14001), and Information Security (ISO 27001) — serves as a strategic tool to:
• ensure customer satisfaction;
• deliver services in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements;
• guarantee workplace safety and environmental protection;
• promote gender diversity and equal opportunities;
• ensure information security and data protection;
• achieve defined objectives through continuous improvement;
• provide stakeholders, public institutions, trade unions, suppliers, and the general public with a transparent image of the cooperative.
The SA 8000 system, in particular, guarantees fairness and integrity in labor relations, with a focus on the following principles: protection of health and safety in the workplace; freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining; prevention of discrimination and abuse of disciplinary measures; respect for working hours, workload, and fair remuneration; and the prohibition of child labor and forced labor.
A key feature of the system is that every employee may report any concerns or discomfort directly to the Social Performance Team (SPT) at segnalazioni@coopculture.it, including anonymously through the dedicated whistleblowing platform indicated below. The SPT is an independent body responsible for promoting improvement initiatives and supporting employees in reporting, identifying, and managing cases of non-compliance with the requirements of social responsibility and gender equality certifications.
CoopCulture has also implemented its management system in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, which regulates the administrative liability of legal entities for criminal offenses, by adopting a: Code of Ethics; Organizational, Management and Control Model; List of Offenses; Disciplinary System; and by appointing an independent Supervisory Body, which can be contacted at odv@coopculture.it. Reports of unlawful conduct may also be submitted through the dedicated whistleblowing platform, which ensures absolute confidentiality and anonymity: https://coopculture.whistlelink.com/.
Finally, CoopCulture has aligned its management system with the legal obligations set forth by Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), appointing a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at dpo@coopculture.it.
