Camera Critica Digital signage and visitors empowerment
Camera critica was a small corner/spot for visitors in the Re_Publica MADRE exhibition space in the Madre museum in Naples. Thanks to this physical space - equipped with touch screen displays, camera and microphones – new interaction modes between the museum and its audience were set. The aim of this project was to generate a continuos flow of reflections and suggestions and the sharing of visitors experiences.
A phisycal and virtual space
At the end of the visit, those who entered the camera had the possibility to record a short video with suggestions to the museum – comments, ideas, proposals, projects, prototypes and hypothesis –. The reflections on the “Museum I want” were also projected in different places in the city of Naples and throughout Campania and reposted on a dedicated Youtube channel.
A visitor empowerment venue, both physical and virtual, that reached and involved the whole city of Naples, the local community and stretched to the online community.
