Our members are the soul of our cooperative. To this end we have created #EssereSocio, a space of engagement and participation in the life of the cooperative, with moments of informal conviviality, debate and dialogue, and opportunities for discounts and training.
#EssereSocio periodically organises training courses for members aimed at the acquisition of transversal or specific skills, or which cover topics useful to the entire membership body: over the years we have focused on cooperative values, on teamwork, on non-hostile communication and on care and welfare.
In 2018 a total of 570 hours of training were delivered, including 280 hours of pre-meeting training, 240 hours of training for coordinators, and 50 hours of training for the #EssereSocio team.
#EssereSocio is engagement and creativity.
Each year informal events are organised for members to meet outside the working environment, enabling them to get to know one another, talk, have fun and forge links. In 2019 #EssereSocio organised eight events during the Christmas period which involved hundreds of members.
As well as events in the region, #EssereSocio organises national competitions open to all members that focus on individual creativity and expressive potential, creating a network of relations that involves everyone, from Agrigento to Bolzano.
Our members can easily keep up to date with the cooperative’s latest news thanks to #EssereSocio news, a twice-yearly publication that describes the life of the cooperative through news and reports of major events (inaugurations, new openings, events, etc.), interviews with professionals and news about the #EssereSocio project. Ad hoc newsletters dedicated to events or particular conveniences. An exclusive Facebook group with posts about the cooperative's news and related articles about the surrounding world
#EssereSocio also represents a care plan for members and their wellbeing. Each member can access the benefits of the Jointly platform, which offers services across Italy dedicated to employees and relatives and to improving time management through a platform of deals and discounts.
