AudioCulture is the app for lovers of Italy’s cultural, natural, and scenic heritage. It offers a catalog of narrated voices and sounds tailored to diverse audiences and experiences: nature trails, city itineraries, museum paths, archaeological site tours, and immersive soundscapes. Our extensive collection includes prestigious landmarks as well as hidden gems waiting to be discovered.
Each route features a wide selection of audio tracks, an image gallery, and orientation maps. Our high-quality content is authored and translated into multiple languages—both in its structure and text—by industry experts under the scientific supervision of relevant institutions. We prioritize an immediate communication style and simple language, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of background or ability.
AudioCulture and its itineraries have been designed and developed with a special focus on accessibility, making them particularly suitable for visitors with hearing and visual impairments.
A single app, different cultural sites
From Visconti Castle in Pavia to the Orto Botanico of the Università di Palermo, through the Giotto places in Florence and Settignano without forgetting Palazzo Merulana in Rome, Audioculture App allows users to buy and download freely all the contents related to each site involved in the initiative.
For every cultural site Audioculture provides informative general contents, a selection of audio tracks, a rich gallery of images and useful maps.
The App is developed in order to guarantee an accessible user experience: the contents are characterised by language simplicity and comprehensibility and they are available in five different languages:

The app presents various features and allows to listen, download, read or simply visualize the contents, exploring the neighborhood for other sites involved in the project.
